What you’ll do:
Develop a vision and purpose for the team, including goals and priorities
Lead, develop and coach the team on workload, goal-setting and performance management
Manage workloads for a cross-functional team
Lead system upgrades and implement new functionality
Co-ordinate configuration and implementation with all stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional colleagues to communicate Finance business requirements

What you’ll need:
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce or business administration and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
In-depth experience in system development and software testing
Knowledge of processes, procedures and policies related to key financial disciplines
Ability to translate between functional and technical requirements and vice-versa
Expert understanding of internal controls
