As a highly creative and innovative Learning Experience Designer, you’ll design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences and programs. With your strong background in instructional design, you’ll have a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences, and the knack for leveraging technology and systems to enhance learning outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with partners across FCC and with learning solutions architects and learning designers to build and implement learning solutions that drive needed learning and development and fuel business results and impacts
  • Innovate and ideate to find better ways of working and delivering impacts for learners
  • Develop meaningful and engaging learning experiences that take into account learner needs, challenges, motivation, engagement and the overall learning environment
  • Use your keen organization skills to keep projects on track by sticking to project plans and meeting your commitments for deliverable due dates
  • Learn and improve FCC’s learning and development impact using data and insights to assess learning solution effectiveness

What we're looking for:

  • Strong consulting, organizational development and project management skills
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate instructional design, content generation and assessment development
  • An organized multi-tasker who pays attention to detail but also keeps an eye on the big picture and desired impacts

What you'll need:

  • A degree or certifications related to instructional design, organizational development, adult education or a related field and at least five years of experience developing meaningful learning solutions and experiences for a mid- to large-size enterprise (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • A solid understanding of adult learning principles, learning methodologies and instructional design principles, along with related delivery methods
  • A commitment and passion for staying on top of trends and best practices related to learning and development solutions, technology and delivery
