$92,310 - $124,890Corporate strategy and reporting expertise neededDevelop and deliver corporate disclosures, providing line of sight for both employees and stakeholders on FCC’s strategy.
You’ll also collaborate with a variety of teams to develop and monitor strategy success measures.
What you’ll do:
- Develop content for the corporate plan, corporate performance and quarterly and annual reports
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to address factors affecting strategy success
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of documents and disclosures and validate results
- Develop, maintain and improve processes, methods and tools for strategic planning, measurement and communication of strategic outcomes
- Identify gaps in strategy achievement and communicate progress to key stakeholders

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor's degree in agricultural finance, business administration or commerce and at least six to eight years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A CPA designation is an asset
- Knowledge of the agriculture and financial services industry as well as legislative and business processes is an asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
