Join an Agile product team accountable for delivering financial and non-financial products designed to make positive impacts to the Canadian agriculture and food industry. You’ll partner closely with a Senior Product Owner, championing Agile and Scrum practices within cross-divisional product delivery teams to ensure product initiatives are delivered to the market effectively and efficiently.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a cross-functional team through Agile and Scrum practices to ensure teams work with agility and effectively deliver value to the organization
  • Work with a team to transpose product vision, features, journeys, etc. into technical and non-technical requirements and/or user stories
  • Assist in the creation of product collateral, support materials and any required documentation
  • Assist the Senior Product Owner in ensuring that scope, commitments and critical path to execute on the product initiative are understood

What you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing or commerce and at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience working in Jira
  • PMI-ACP certification and/or Scrum Master certification is an asset
  • Knowledge or experience with Human Centred Design practices is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
