Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$52,879 - $71,543Work with a national team responsible for ensuring the efficient, consistent, and accurate delivery of loan maintenance and loan administration, enabling the delivery of optimized loan processing and FCC’s customer experience. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Process a variety of loan administration activities to customer accounts
  • Ensure the integrity of loan information, compliance to policy and procedures and achievement of service and quality standards
  • Build relationships and provide support and direction to internal partners and external contacts

What you’ll need:
