As a Technical Analyst focusing on knowledge management, you’ll ensure the efficient capture, management and dissemination of knowledge articles within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to make sure knowledge and processes are documented in our knowledge base and other applicable repositories. You’ll also be responsible for implementing strategies for efficient knowledge sharing. Additionally, you’ll facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, conduct knowledge base audits to identify knowledge gaps, and serve as a resource for IT teams seeking assistance with knowledge-related inquiries.

This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages

What you’ll do:

  • Provide technical solutions that improve FCC’s business capabilities

  • Develop new tools and processes

  • Implement and support technology process automation

  • Support, monitor and improve technologies and solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • Technical problem solver who enjoys resolving challenging issues

  • Experience with cloud computing including SAAS and PAAS

  • In-depth understanding of up-to-date integration techniques

  • Innovative problem-solver and critical thinker with a customer focus

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Technical expertise and the ability to see parallels between consumer and enterprise applications of digital products and services

  • Extensive knowledge of systems analysis, design concepts, and computing and software industry trends
