$90,710 - $122,726We are looking for a Sr Technical Analyst who has expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams, especially in the area of Teams Meetings. You will be responsible for organizing, supporting, and training our internal and external stakeholders on how to use Teams Meetings for various types of bilingual virtual events, such as webinars, workshops, town halls, and conferences. You will also work towards continual improvement of our processes and stay up to date with new meeting technologies.

As a Sr Technical Analyst, you will work in an agile setting with a cross-functional team of meeting experience specialists, IT professionals, and communication experts. You will liaise with our vendors and partners to ensure the quality and reliability of our meeting solutions. You will also set up and organize dry runs and testing sessions to ensure the smooth delivery of our virtual events.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a passion for meeting best practices. You should also have a strong customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset. You should be able to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines. You should also be willing to learn new skills and technologies as needed.
