Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$79,648 - $107,760Solid supervisory and relationship-building skills needed
Lead the teams responsible for administrative support including reception and mailroom services, vendor management, service level agreements and OH&S support. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the Facilities team to procure and vendor-manage national contracts

  • Manage the delivery of day-to-day activities, troubleshooting and requests for information

  • Oversee corporate-wide reception, mail distribution services and business unit administration

  • Build and foster relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders

  • Manage service coverage, efficient workflow and scheduling, and the operating budget and service contracts

  • Support Facilities team on budget analysis and variance reporting

  • Provide performance management and workload planning leadership to team

  • Coach and mentor direct reports on goal setting and career development plan

  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline and at least three years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • In-depth knowledge of FCC physical security policy and employee access processes

  • Working knowledge of vendor management, Canadian Labour Code and OH&S requirements

  • Formal or informal experience in leading, coaching and performance management
