Lead the team and processes responsible for delivering FCC’s Corporate Plan, Annual Report, Mandate report, quarterly reports and external disclosures.

You’ll use your advanced knowledge of corporate planning and reporting to analyze trends, monitor performance and make recommendations for FCC’s reporting processes based on best practices and shareholder direction.

What you’ll do:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategy disclosures and publications, including the Corporate Plan and Annual Report
• Develop and deliver approaches to communicate strategic performance
• Analyze corporate performance to create insights and communicate results
• Coach and mentor employees in a safe and supportive work environment, manage performance and help set goals and priorities

• Skilled communicator who can present complex topics to a variety of stakeholders, including employees, senior management, board members and government
• Analytical thinker with the ability to analyze trends and performance, draw conclusions and make recommendations

What you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree in agricultural finance, business administration or commerce and at least eight to 10 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Advanced knowledge of corporate planning and reporting development, implementation and best practices
