Lead and manage an assigned district with highly complex, sophisticated market conditions and credit portfolios. Accountable for the overall success of the district office, you’ll manage relationships with stakeholders and be a champion of corporate initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a high-performing operations sales team
• Coach staff on executing our relationship management process
• Provide strategic direction, including marketing strategies, for the district
• Encourage and support continuous improvement and optimization of processes and decision-making
• Oversee compliance issues in collaboration with district leadership team
• Regularly review revenue, expenditures and budget requirements
