What role will you play in our team

As a Full Stack Web Developer - Associate, you will contribute to the development and support of modern web applications across the frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure layers. This role is ideal for an early-career software engineer looking to build expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native applications, and modern software engineering practices.

In this role, you will work closely with senior developers and architects to build high-quality backend services, responsive web applications, and scalable cloud solutions. You will participate in developing APIs, implementing user-facing features, supporting deployment pipelines, and troubleshooting issues across the application stack.

You will also gain exposure to containerization, monitoring and observability, software security, and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure. We are looking for a motivated developer with a strong foundation in software development, a passion for learning, and a desire to grow into a well-rounded full-stack engineer.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web-based applications.
  • Implement user-facing features using modern web technologies and integrate them with backend services and APIs.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining backend services using C# and .NET.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and business logic following software engineering best practices.
  • Assist in developing responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
  • Manage source code using Git and follow established development workflows.
  • Support cloud-hosted solutions and gain experience configuring and managing Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Assist with deployment activities and make changes to CI/CD pipeline configurations when required.
  • Gain hands-on experience with containerized application development using Docker and cloud-native deployment practices.
  • Support application monitoring and observability through metrics, logging, and tracing tools.
  • Follow secure coding practices and contribute to application security and vulnerability remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with senior developers while continuously expanding technical skills across frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure domains.

About You: Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience developing web applications through professional experience, internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
  • Solid understanding of C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework such as Angular or React.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web development principles.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP fundamentals, and web services development.
  • Experience using Git and common source code management workflows.
  • Knowledge of software testing principles and experience writing unit tests.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a development team.

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud computing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker or container-based development workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of software security principles and secure coding practices.

Advantageous

  • Experience with microservices architectures and cloud-native application development.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes or application orchestration platforms.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience working with logging, metrics, tracing, and application performance monitoring solutions.
  • Interest in continuous improvement, modern engineering practices, and emerging technologies.
