ExxonMobil in Singapore

What you will do
Machinery Technician
- Carry out maintenance, service, and repair of all process equipment with maximum degree of safety and quality.
- Process rotating equipment: centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, diaphragm & metering pumps, screw pump, blower and fan, oil mist & lubricant systems, etc.
- Major machines: centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, extruder, gas turbine generator, steam turbine driver, etc.
- Hydraulic system: hydraulic pump, marine and truck loading arms, hydraulic control system
- Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the SAP application and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work
Metals (Fixed Equipment) Technician
- Carry out safe and high-quality maintenance, service, and repair of process equipment such as process piping, valves, fixed equipment and structures, utilities systems, and marine and truck loading and unloading systems.
- Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the SAP application and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work
Instrumentation & Electrical Technician
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for all related equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Instrumentation: process transmitters, programmable logic controller, supervisory control and data acquisition.
- Electrical: motor, motor control center, variable frequency drive
- Participate in reliability programs to improve availability rates for all process instrumentation and electrical facilities
- Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the SAP application and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work
Power Distribution Technician
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for all electrical power distribution equipment such as gas turbine generator, switchgears, transformers, uninterruptable power supply, DC charger etc.
- Conduct various electrical equipment health assessments such as TanDelta, high potential test, protective relay calibration etc.
- Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the SAP application and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Nitec or Higher Nitec in related Engineering field
- Relevant work experience in the petrochemical or refining industry will be an advantage
- An effective team player with good communication skills
- Successful candidate may be assigned to any of the following role:

- Instrumentation & Electrical Technician

Job Role Responsibilities
- Identify material needs, source all required materials and services, and initiate procurement
- Assist Maintenance First Line Supervisor and Maintenance Planner in scheduling and execution activities with focus on SSH&E and other regulatory compliance requirements
- Obtain return authorizations, purchase order number assignment, packaging, and shipping arrangements for material returns, and repair / exchange items
- Update daily work order confirmation based upon the status from the Maintenance First Line Supervisor
- Assist with daily work order and material coordination and ensure job packs are ready for work plan execution
- Conduct department material and contract invoice reconciliation, to include material receipt verification
- Take an active role in overall responsibility for the effectiveness of controls within their scope of responsibility
