What role you will play in our team
- Demonstrate leadership in Personnel and Process Safety, reinforcing a “Nobody Gets Hurt” culture
- Lead shift start and safety meetings; promote effective use of PSMS
- Direct unit response during emergency situations
- Supervise operations team activities to ensure:
- Compliance with safe operating procedures and standards
- Operations remain within safe limits
- Products meet quality specifications
- Timely identification and reporting of equipment or facility issues
- Rapid mitigation of safety-critical equipment failures
- Equipment is properly prepared for safe maintenance
- High-quality safe work permits are issued prior to work
- Effective surveillance rounds are conducted
- Routine emergency drills are completed
- Support team development through formal and on-the-job training
- Ensure high-quality shift handovers and continuity across shifts
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance

About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in petrochemical or refinery operations
- Demonstrated experience as a console operator in a petrochemical or refinery environment
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of process operations, including hazard recognition and mitigation
- Proven troubleshooting skills in a complex industrial environment
