Responsibilities
- Expertize in the implementation of internal communication operation.
- Fulfill the information service via suitable communication channels timely with high quality.
- Perform maintenance of our communication channels including but not limited to intranet & SharePoint webpages, Viva Engage, WeChat, Bulletin board etc. to ensure up-to-date content publication.
- Be actively engaged in the different-level-event management projects.
- Provide the relevant assistant work and general administrative service to ESS NJ business units.
- To finish any other works and special projects assigned by Head of Business Support Center.
Qualifications
- Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Good at both English and Chinese writing and message planning.
- Familiar with PowerPoint, Photoshop, WeChat editing software & tools, good at photography & image editing; video shooting & editing could be a plus advantage.
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems and develop solutions.
- Ability to communicate at various levels with people of different cultures.
- Administrate with creativity and initiative, always on time and correct.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- University degree or equivalent.
