About this opportunity

Are you passionate about production, process improvement, and leading people? Our Final Assembly Production department is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20-30 operators in the final assembly (FA) phase of the production process.

In this day-to-day leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, coordinating team activities, and working closely with various production engineers and quality teams. You will also monitor production process quality and support effective communication between production units and the other departments.

Our production operates 24/7, this position is a site based role at Peterburi tee 67a in Tallinn.


This is a shift based work 2 day shifts, 2 nights & 4 off from Monday to Sunday.

What you will do:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate the production team in the final assembly phase.
  • Plan and manage production resources and workflow.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Support daily production operations and resolve operational challenges.
  • Participate in production reporting and data analysis.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient working environment and compliance with procedures.
  • Work closely with engineers to optimize production processes.
  • Participate in various/required trainings.

The skills you bring:

  • Previous experience managing a large team of 15-30 people
  • Previous experience in production management or coordination of production processes or managing a team large team of warehouse operators
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and good decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • English and Russian proficency at a conversational level
  • Higher education or experience more than 3 years in a production, or related area is preferred
