About this opportunity:
We are currently seeking dedicated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as a Solution Architect. The Solution Architect will assume a critical role in analyzing, creating, and implementing technically feasible solutions that align with our customer specifications and business needs. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the world's leading technology companies with a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
The Solution Architect will basically work as Service CSR (Customer Solution Respobsible) as one of key member in core3(Process Role). The team consists of 12 members, 7 of whom are working as Service CSR. Each CSR will have the individual opportunity to secure contract from customers. We expect the candidate to bring new or fresh ideas to help drive growth in the telecom industry.

What you will do:
- Analyzing customer's business environment, technology, and non-functional requirements.
- Developing and implementing potential solutions in collaboration with the Core 3 team.
- Crafting interactive technical presentations to illustrate proposed solutions.
- Conducting presentations directly to the customer, exhibiting expertise and communication skills.
- Investigating current customer networking structures and identifying areas of improvement.
- Providing technical support and vital inputs to the delivery team for seamless implementation.

What measurable outcomes would indicate success, and what impact would this person have?
Within 3 months, they will master Ericsson and customer processes, negotiate service scopes, create plans, perform costing and risk analysis, and address challenges. By 6 months, they’ll gather insights to inform service portfolio improvements globally. After 12 months, they will serve as a role model, fostering growth among peers and new team members.

A new joiner could start by building experience in this position, then move into other roles like Sales, Project/Program Manager, Line Manager, or cross-functional leadership.
