The Project Manager (software) purpose is to manage end-to-end internal IT projects. Secure project scope, time and budget agreement with the internal customer and drive project execution to support Service Delivery Application and Platforms (SD A&P)’s IT Infrastructure to provide IaaS/PaaS services

The role demands experience with business understanding on contract preparation, pre-sales meetings, stakeholder management, simplifying processes and implementing methods and tools with creative ideas

Understanding of Project and Program Management through XLPM/PROPS Methodology, Integration Management & MSDP platform will be an add on asset

You will:

  • Manage requests for tools deployment from SD Applications & Platforms
  • Review high-level delivery requirements of projects and manage scope through efficient planning and readiness
  • Plan for project scope specifications, budget allocation, Tools/SW/Solution deployment and risk planning
  • Drive project execution- track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
  • Set up project governance with stakeholders on progress updates and performance retrospective
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects, being a lead in project executions after contract signing and key participants in team and internal client meetings
  • Analyze business cases, bill rates and utilization across projects
  • Identify sales opportunities across projects
  • Possess a detailed understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction
  • Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with PROPS-C/XLPM methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of goals and customer satisfaction
  • Report the project progress and activities to the Steering group and relevant Stakeholders

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years shown experience in Project Management
  • Practical knowledge gained in IT/Telecom Project Management as an asset
  • Experience with Project Management tools and applications
  • Can demonstrate ability to adapt to customer's culture, business process and WoW
  • Proficiency with English Language

It is an advantage to have:

  • Valid certification of CAPM or IPMA-C (or higher) or PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • PMP certifications would be considered as an advantage
  • Project sales process insight and expertise
