About this opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join the Service Delivery team. You will design and build scalable systems that power customer-facing features and internal tools. You’ll partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate product goals into robust technical solutions, own components from specification through deployment.
What you will do:
- Architect, design, implement, test, and ship high-quality software across the full stack (backend, APIs, and where applicable, frontend).
- Lead system design efforts for new features and platform improvements; produce clear design documents.
- Build and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and data storage solutions with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.
- Drive code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers; contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.
The skills you bring:
Required
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency and practical experience with containerization (Docker), cloud-native development (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).
- Proven experience with system design and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, mentoring and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field.
- good to have knowledge & experience in languages like Java or Python or Go.
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana etc.), understanding of security best practices.
