We aim to continually enhance our business strategies and ensure a fortifying position in the field of SandCR. This position affords the opportunity to deploy and reinforce SandCR policies and practices across our company, generating value and diminishing risks to our operation and stakeholders. We strive to keep Ericsson's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures aligned with global standards and best practices, ensuring a fully integrated approach across the entire company.
What you will do:- Secure Ericsson's SandCR leadership through the resolution of complex issues.
- Define and launch SandCR strategic targets, risk management, oversight documents, governance, and programs.
- Assure SandCR requirements are always met, while creating opportunities, driving improvements and instilling efficiencies.
- Safeguard SandCR strategy execution, pinpoint deviations, and instigate corrective measures.
- Propel SandCR awareness and competence development across the board.
- Steer stakeholder management and represent SandCR to both internal and external audiences.
