In this role, you will design and implement an AI agent capable of making or supporting allocation decisions across a complex, global supply chain network. Your work will combine cutting-edge AI methods with real-world supply chain challenges, focusing on optimizing allocation strategies for products such as CloudHW and Transport solutions under dynamic customer conditions.
You will have the opportunity to merge data from multiple sources, apply advanced AI/ML models, and validate your AI agent in realistic or simulated supply chain environments. This is a unique chance to create an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that could influence how technology shapes next-generation allocation processes.
What you will do:
• Conduct literature and technology reviews on generative AI, optimization, and decision-making in supply chains.
• Design and develop a prototype AI agent that processes supply chain data and proposes optimal allocation decisions.
• Integrate with SQL/NoSQL database systems to manage and query global supply chain datasets.
• Experiment with your AI agent and validate its decisions against real or simulated scenarios.
• Communicate your findings and solutions in both academic and applied industry contexts.
The skills you bring:
• Ongoing Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Skills in database management and data integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Understanding of supply chain management and optimization processes.
