About this opportunity
As an intern at Ericsson, you will support the design and verification of TRX (Transceiver) ICs by contributing to chip IP development, with a focus on ADC/DAC and related mixed-signal components. This role offers hands-on experience in transceiver chip design, modeling, and performance validation for Ericsson’s world-leading telecom products.

What you will do

1. Assist in the design, modeling, and verification of IP blocks such as ADC/DAC within TRX ICs.

2. Support circuit simulation, performance validation, and analysis of transceiver chips.

3. Document test results and contribute to optimization and continuous improvement of chip design.

The skills you bring

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Microelectronics, IC Design, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.

2. Coursework or project experience in transceiver ICs (TRX), ADC/DAC circuits, or mixed-signal chip design.

3. Familiarity with RF, analog/mixed-signal fundamentals, or EDA tools (Cadence, Virtuoso, etc.) is a strong plus.

4. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced R&D environment.
