About this opportunity:
Join our dynamic Sales Team as an Account Manager, responsible for managing strategic accounts with a focus on driving profitable growth and building long-term customer value. You will work closely with a team of four experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in telecom and enterprise solutions. What you will do:
- Manage and expand strategic customer accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support deal execution and business development.
- Lead or support key customer engagements such as proposal creation, deal support, or opportunity growth.
- Build trust through solution-based selling and customer value creation.
- Identify and act on new opportunities through ongoing market and customer analysis.
- Develop strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Ensure alignment with Ericsson’s commercial strategies and profitability targets.

- Language proficiency : Fluent Japanese and business level English
Preferred or Learnable on the Job:
- Technical knowledge of telecom networks and products
- Familiarity with Ericsson internal processes and tools
- Experience with strategic account planning and opportunity development
