Financial Control Units were established in Ericsson to be the prime guarantors of financial information, compliance, governance and risk management for all companies assigned. They also support and add value to the business by providing expert accounting, treasury and tax advice, and by securing compliant solutions for complex business transactions from a legal entity perspective.
We are looking now for a new Transfer Pricing Support Specialist!
What you will do:
- Support the administration and maintenance of global intercompany agreements, ensuring proper execution, archiving, and availability of documentation for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., tax audits, banking requests)
- Execute annual and ad-hoc transfer pricing updates in collaboration with global and local teams, ensuring accurate master data maintenance, price and cost condition updates in SAP system, and effective communication with stakeholders. Submit requests for pricing adjustments and discount factors, and monitor their implementation
- Assist with month- and year-end closing activities by preparing inputs for group reporting, providing forecasts for invoices and accruals to Group Treasury (e.g., for hedging purposes), and approving relevant TP adjustments (e.g., debit/credit note requests)
- Prepare and issue intercompany invoices and credit notes to support transfer pricing adjustments, mark-up billings, and other intercompany recharges in line with internal policies. Investigation and correction of earlier postings/invoices issued.
- Set up required project structures to enable intercompany billing and manage accrual postings in line with agreed timelines. Prepare and validate sales orders for posting TP accruals, monitor intercompany postings
- Initiate purchase order creation, ensure proper invoice allocation and posting, and follow up on various intercompany transactions
- Provide support for operational transfer pricing processes, including assisting with call-off process (Software and Remote Services) according to global process requirements
The Skills You Bring:
- Academic degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in transfer pricing, intercompany finance, or related operational finance roles
- Knowledgeable in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of financial systems
- Result oriented, service minded, determined when needed, self-driven, team player, social, proactive, analytical
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with local, and central teams
