About this opportunity:
Ericsson Supply Site Tallinn Operational Resilience business unit is looking for a Business Continuity & Risk Management Lead to join our team at Peterburi tee 67a.
This role ensures that our Tallinn operation across four sites including 24/7 electronics manufacturing site is resilient against operational disruptions, regulatory and emerging risks, while safeguarding people, assets, and business operations. '

What you will do:
Develop, maintain and publish up-to-date Business Continuity and Risk Management procedures.
Conduct Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Risk Assessments for Ericsson Supply Site Tallinn.
Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats, and provide regular reporting on the status of the security and business continuity risks to teams and senior business leaders
Develop and oversee effective disaster recovery policies and standards to align with enterprise business continuity management program goals.
Coordinate the development of implementation plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security or business continuity event. Provide direction, support and in-house consulting in these areas.
Manage the day-to-day activities of threat and vulnerability management, identify risk tolerances, recommend treatment plans and communicate information about residual risk.
Conduct investigations and compile root cause analysis and risk treatment plans for occurred incidents
The skills you bring:
Previous experience and expertise in crisis management and/or business continuity management and/or security management (assets, people, business).
Expertise in Risk Management Framework execution (excluding financial risk).
Completed higher education in, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Administration or a degree in a similar/relevant field of study.
Knowledge of ISO27001 and ISO22301.
Proficiency in English, Estonian language is an advantage.
