C++ Developer – Help Shape the Future of Telecom.

Are you an experienced C++ developer ready to take on impactful, global projects? Join us at our Lindholmen office in Göteborg, where stunning waterfront views meet a culture of innovation. We’re pushing the boundaries of telecom technology, accelerating the transformation from 5G to 6G — combining AI, cloud computing, and containerization.

You’ll work with driven, skilled colleagues in agile, cross-functional teams where everyone’s contribution matters. With regular tech days, hackathons, and space for exploration, this is more than just a job — it’s a place for continuous growth and development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of designing, implementing, and testing sophisticated telecom features and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Work hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile workflows like Scrum & Kanban.
  • Mentor less-experienced developers while continuing to expand your own skills.
  • Engage in problem-solving that impacts complex, real-world telecom systems.

The skills you bring:

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience in communication, networks, or telecom.
  • Proven track record with complex C++ projects (C++17 / C++20 knowledge preferred).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with cloud-based solutions.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Bonus Skills:

Kubernetes, Python, Golang, Telecom (Packet Core), Gerrit/GitLab/Git, TDD, TTCN, Codeium, Scrum, JIRA.

Work Location
These positions are based in Gothenburg at our top facility, Lindholmen Science Park.
