C++ Developer – Help Shape the Future of Telecom.

You’ll work with driven, skilled colleagues in agile, cross-functional teams where everyone’s contribution matters. With regular tech days, hackathons, and space for exploration, this is more than just a job — it’s a place for continuous growth and development.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of designing, implementing, and testing sophisticated telecom features and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality results.
- Work hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile workflows like Scrum & Kanban.
- Mentor less-experienced developers while continuing to expand your own skills.
- Engage in problem-solving that impacts complex, real-world telecom systems.
The skills you bring:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience in communication, networks, or telecom.
- Proven track record with complex C++ projects (C++17 / C++20 knowledge preferred).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with cloud-based solutions.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Bonus Skills:
Kubernetes, Python, Golang, Telecom (Packet Core), Gerrit/GitLab/Git, TDD, TTCN, Codeium, Scrum, JIRA.
Work Location
These positions are based in Gothenburg at our top facility, Lindholmen Science Park.
