Join our team at Ericsson Microwave as a Test Platform Engineer! We are seeking a motivated individual to enhance our Continuous Integration (CI) system. Our team plays a vital role in Ericsson’s MINI-LINK product development cycle, providing critical services and support to approximately 400 people who rely on our CI systems and applications for reliable and timely feedback. What you will do:
You will be part of a multinational team. On a daily basis, you will interact with other Continuous Integration (CI) and product development teams. The position specializes in designing, building, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting the Test Platform used in Microwave's CI. The Test Platform consists of everything needed to test the System Under Test (SUT), incl. the SUT itself (the MINI-LINK product). Responsibilities in the position include:
- Designing, Building, Configuring, Integrating, and Troubleshooting MINI-LINK and 3pp Products in Test Environment and Continuous Integration (CI) System.
- Maintaining a trusted and always-on, always-improving Test Platform and Test Environment, including responsibilities in physical security, cooling, power, asset management, and documentation.
- Managing and working with Ericsson Engineering Environment services, processes, and deliveries.
- Providing service-minded support and solutions to a wide set of stakeholders.
- Lead hardware and electrical technicians in designing an efficient and cost-effective Test Platform.

- MINI-LINK product incl. Hardware, Configuration, and Integration
- Ericsson Engineering Environment services, processes, and deliveries
- Windows and Linux-based systems, services, and applications
- Ethernet and TDM Traffic Generators
- Ethernet and IP Network competence (CCNA & CCNP)
- Electrical, Cooling, and Power Installations
