About this Opportunity
We are now looking for an Automation Engineer in a Telecoms Network Operations Centre. The Engineer will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and proactive alarm and incidence management activities in a Telecom. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously monitored, available as per performance of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
What you will do
You will help with Assurance support activities
• Alarm monitoring and Incident management
• Support with Problem management
• Linux, database and Network System administration
• Support in Charging and Billing operations
The skills you bring
• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
• 1-5 years’ experience in Linux, Database and Network administration/support.
• 1 year experience in Data Center Management operations.
Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
• Ability to learn and participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
• Ericsson knowledge
• English skills
• Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
• Analyzing situations and acting appropriately.
