About this Opportunity
We are now looking for an Operations Engineer in a Telecoms Network Operations Centre. The Engineer will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution, proactive alarm, incidence and problem management activities in a Telecom environment. This person should ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously monitored, available as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
What you will do
You will help with Assurance support activities
• Support 1st level team in alarm monitoring and Incident management
• Problem management
• Change management
• Project support
• Telecom services support to customer as per SLA
• Experience in Linux, database and Network System administration is required
• Support in Charging and Billing operations
What you will bring
• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
• 3-5 years’ experience in Linux, Database and Network administration/support.
• At least one year experience in Data Center Management operations.
Additional Requirements
• Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
• Ability to learn and participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
• Ericsson knowledge
