About this opportunity:

As a Domain Sales Manager at Ericsson, you will play a pivotal role in driving domain-specific sales and business development efforts. This role offers the opportunity to shape our customer's vision and strategy, solidifying Ericsson's standing as the trusted partner in their growth journey. Your main task will be to lend dedicated support to either a customer unit (CU) or key account management (KAM) organization, leveraging your influence and strategic thinking to unearth new leads and opportunities. You can learn both technology and business development.

What you will do:

Work as technical lead in Pre-Sales team with CU. 4 persons team.

Responsible for domain-specific business development and sales initiatives.

Both short-term and long-term business development with our customers with strategic approach.

- Drive strategic lead identification and exploration of new opportunities.

- Shape the vision and strategy of our customers through proactive influencing.

- Leverage domain thought leadership to provide unparalleled value to our customers.

- Assume the role of Accountable Customer Relationship (ACR) or Customer Service Representative (CSR) in specific engagements.

- Dedicate support to either a CU or KAM organization to drive opportunity realization.

- Lead the conversion of opportunities into successful deals.

The skills you bring:

- Have a technical expert area and 3 years work experience in RAN.

- Customer handling, Behavior for hearing customer voice to understand their true pain-point below are better-have/be learned

- Established good connection with customers even in low level

- Strategic thinking for business development

- Good understanding of Ericsson Product Portfolio SW or HW
