Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for an HR Delivery Specialist to join our Shared Service Center team, with a primary focus on global leadership training administration. In this role, you will coordinate and manage leadership development programs end-to-end, working closely with training vendors, Talent & Learning SMEs, and leaders across the company globally. You will ensure smooth program execution, manage related data and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes.

You will
- Administer global leadership development programs end-to-end, including scheduling, participant communication, and post-program follow-up.
- Coordinate with training vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, sessions, and services.
- Collaborate with internal Talent & Learning SMEs and leaders globally to align programs with business needs.
- Execute Human Resources policies and processes related to learning and leadership development.
- Deliver high-quality HR services with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide functional expertise in program administration and vendor coordination.
- Support HR delivery projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Manage training-related data, prepare reports, and provide analytics for program evaluation.
To be successful in the role you must have
> 2–3 years of experience in HR Delivery, Learning & Development administration, or a related field with strong potential will be considered.
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
> Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
> Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
> Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate is an advantage.
> Experience working with global teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
> Background in training administration or leadership development is an advantage.
> Experience in reporting and analytics.
