About this opportunity:
This role is for Ericsson’s Network Deployment. Our team uses innovative technology to develop applications that
allow Ericsson’s global customer support organization to operate effectively and efficiently, enabling global
delivery of services in a unified way through an interface that provides an outstanding user experience. Moreover,
we would like to investigate how we can use new technologies such as AI and machine learning to further improve
the customer support toolset. As a Product Owner you will be expected to design, maintain, and innovate by
supporting continuous development / integration activities.
What you will do:
- PO is E2E application/program/product responsible
- PO coordinates the TCO – total cost of ownership - with SPM. This includes forecasting, and monitoring budget.
- LCM forecasted and managed by the PO
- DevOps PO sets the demand based on agreement made with the SPM/portfolio and then works with DevOps on
- allocations.
- When setting the demand, the PO should work with the line managers to ensure they include necessary team
- members such as Solution Architect, DevOps Solution Architect, Developers, Testers, RM/Scrum Master and the
- PO etc;
- PO owns the relationship and continued communications with their respective SPM(s)
- PO collaborates with the DevOps line manager and team.
- PO accepts, evaluates and grooms requirements based on SPM priorities with DevOps.
- PO has key role in Sprint development cycles and manages requirement backlogs.
- Though DevOps is responsible for resource and vendor management, the PO will collaborate with the
- appropriate line manager to help ensure the correct competence is assigned for the requirements.
You will bring:
- Secure, approve, and communicate product strategy. Secure technology analyses performed. Optimize working
- capital impact on product and secure investment for development activities and budget.
- Ensure TCO
- Secure and approve product plans and ensure legal, trade and security aspects of product.
- Ensure product ownership defined and up-to-date in relevant systems
- Ensure product trade data defined and up-to-date in relevant systems
- Ensure product data is defined and up-to-date in relevant systems
- Ensure assets are defined and up-to-date in relevant systems
- Ensure security management is defined and up-to-date in relevant systems
- Make decisions based on product performance
You might also have:
- SAFe Agile Experience
- Experience in systems administration of enterprise-grade cloud-based infrastructure
- Experience in cloud technologies (Kubernetes is a plus).

What you will do:- Actively participate in all development activities, such as requirement analysis, system, architecture, hardware and software design.
- Collaborate in the integration, verification, and simulation processes for optimal product development.
- Contribute to the designing of tools and support for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Play a role in creating comprehensive product documentation.
- Adhere to Ericsson's Product Development Principles throughout the development process.
