About this opportunity

We are looking for Senior RAN Integration Engineer to be responsible for fulfillment activities related to RAN for technology leadership, expertise & support extending through the full cycle of Create, Sustain & Evolve for its respective domain.

You will:

• Develop & maintain solutions based on automation use case candidates.
• Investigate the possible source of problems for the automation componentsImprove and drive recovery processes
• Provide domain expertise to domain support and automated operations team
• Provide domain expertise to automation and analytics team to support analytics and automation use casesDevelop, maintain & improve automated Service Delivery methodologies.
• Perform trend analysis to proactively detect possible failures.
• This shall ensure restoration and repair as a result of its own analysis or when prompted by automated operations or domain support Service Function processes.
• Guarantee that Ericsson delivers a technical solution in accordance to the agreed change request (specification) and in co-operation with the customer, assuring that changes are correctly implemented without causing any negative impact on the availability of the service.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Very good knowledge of: GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR architectures, network topologies & standards;
• Experience in remote or site operations (design, planning, optimization, integration, acceptance, commissioning, testing, support) of related nodes 2G/3G/4G/5G;Define and/or correct data transcript files, necessary to configure/update/define/remove network elements;
• Advanced French(B2 level) and English skills;
• Experience with Ericsson products: RNC, BSC, RBS, BBU, Transport Routers;Experienced in using the ENM application;
• Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot RAN protocols;
• Knowledge on setting, collecting and interpreting traces;
• Ability to troubleshoot performance degradation issues;
• Scripting skills (Perl, Bash);Knowledge of data networking technologies;Knowledge of transport architectures & network topologies;
• Knowledge of UNIX or LINUX operating systems;
