Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for an Intern to join our Team on a paid 1 year Internship. Joining us, you will contribute to the Financial Excellence of the Unit. You will work in an agile environment as a Finance Support. You will closely co-operate with Operational Excellence Manager to drive financial objectives set by our line organization, program sponsors and project stakeholders.

Your role will include different supporting activities in Finance Management area such as:

• Analysis and reporting of the financial progress according to expectations and targets for the assigned unit (data visualization, overseeing unit’s budget, preparing forecast, and performing variance analysis to ensure budget-compliant delivery), and based on facts provide relevant insights to the stakeholders with a forward-looking view to facilitate decision making and to support value creation.
• Internal reporting, Statement of Work (Supplier) and Purchase Order and Contract management support.
• Manage and ensure Monthly invoices are done on time.
• Validating the time reporting hours of the organization. Ensure time reporting is on time and aligns with forecast and plan.
• Financial management including forecasting, cost allocation and recovery models.
• Financial forecasting, reporting and analysis for both internal costs and project costs.
• Implement digitalization and automation ways of working to enhance planning and analysis capabilities.
• Develop metrics, dashboards to support in financial decision making and cost tracking.
• Provide cross-functional support to internal business units and external suppliers across multiple countries streamlining financial processes.

To be successful in the role you need to

• Be a last year student or freshly graduate of MSc or BSc in Finance Support, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, etc. or equivalent level of knowledge.
• Have experience in dealing with Projects and Customers (preferably).
• Posses Financial Analysis experience (preferably).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, forecasting tools.
• Have an analytical mind, be strongly focused on details as well as data synthesis.
• Be self-organized and self-driven.
• Be a good communicator, capable cooperate in a global environment.
• Have good speaking and writing skills in English.
• Have a spirit of creativeness with out of the box thinking and a can-do-attitude and teamwork.
• Be motivated and curiosity to explore and learn more about Finance.
• Have to come up with innovative solutions, especially automations and AI adoption.
• Have an attitude to drive things to closure.
