About this opportunity:
You will be part of the Delivery Enablement function under the Delivery Enablement Team Lead. This function drives standardized testing, automation integration, and release readiness across the Integration & Application Development unit.
As the Test Manager, you will work closely with Delivery Managers, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure that testing is consistently embedded into every step of the development and integration process.
Your focus will be practical and hands-on: building, scaling, and enforcing consistent test execution practices across all tool teams.
What you will do :
• Establish consistent, automated, and efficient testing practices across multiple teams.
• Ensure testing is not fragmented or left to individual discretion — create a reliable baseline across the unit.
• Drive test automation and CI/CD alignment to support faster, higher quality releases.
• Improve test traceability, defect lifecycle management, and release readiness tracking.
• Reduce delivery risk by proactively embedding standardized, repeatable testing activities into the development lifecycle.In the first 3–6 months, the Test Manager is expected to define and enforce testing practices, build automation coverage, operationalize cross-team testing workflows, and coach delivery teams on testing best practices.
• Lead coordination of test planning and execution for multiple tools/releases.
• Work directly with developers and delivery managers to embed testing earlier in the sprint cycle.
• Define and maintain test templates, traceability tools, and automation frameworks.
• Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and regression strategy.
• Review test results and quality metrics to identify risk or misalignment.
• Mentor integration engineers, architects and developers on automated testing standards and practices.
• Ensure test environments, data sets, and pipelines are reliable and well-integrated.
The skills you bring:
• Proven experience managing or coordinating testing across multiple teams or products.
• Minimum Exp require 10 years.
• Hands-on background in test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across delivery and development teams.
• Familiarity with test case management, traceability, and coverage reporting.
• Ability to build structure and consistency in environments where testing maturity varies.
• Experience in platform/integration-heavy environments (e.g., telecom, enterprise tools).
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Azure DevOps, or similar tooling.
• Experience coaching teams and building QA practices from scratch.
