About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking an EDAV (Ericsson Device & Application Verification) Testing Engineer to join our team in delivering IOT (Interoperability test) services. This role requires expertise in multivendor verification, spanning across multiple domains rather than being limited to a single area. As an EDAV Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering contracted services with a focus on customer satisfaction, while maintaining and developing our lab's capabilities to ensure optimal system functionality.
What you will do:
Execute IOT testing services for customers
Serve as the primary customer interface for EDAV service requirements
Handle IOT test case clarification with Global IOT competence center
Manage escalations to project manager during emergencies or urgent situations
Generate and clarify IOT test reports with customers
Configure and maintain lab network as first-line support
Ensure proper maintenance and development of lab capabilities
Maintain customer relationships
The skills you bring:
3+ years of experience in Telecom or similar industry
Strong knowledge of Mobile Radio Network Architecture and Protocols
Proficiency in TCP/IP, Linux platform, and x86 Server
Dynamic and self-driven professional attitude with Mobile Network technology expertise
Excellence in teamwork and communication
Strong customer relationship management skills
Fluency in both Mandarin and English
