About this opportunity:
RAN automation rApps are revolutionizing the network management and optimization software landscape. These innovative applications are the driving force behind the automatic evolution, deployment, optimization, and healing of networks, enabling service providers to maximize network efficiency and performance.
rApps are software applications designed to manage and optimize Radio Access Network (RAN) in a non-real time manner. They have different objectives such as consistency checks, failure detection, performance monitoring, or network optimization. These tasks involve control loops that function on a time scale of one second and longer.
rApps empower communications service providers to automatically evolve, deploy, optimize, and heal their networks, bringing a new level of autonomous network management and optimization to the forefront.
What you will do:
• Perform Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling
• Develop and Test High Quality Products
• Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
• Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Process
• Interact with other rApp and system teams
You will bring:
• Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electronics or equivalent formal education
• Min. 5 years of working experience with software development
• Good knowledge of Python and/or Go programming languages
• Knowledge of Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes
• Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply to work tasks
• Innovative and solution thinking abilities
• Open minded and willing to accept challenges
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of JavaScript and the EUISK framework,
• Knowledge of MongoDB, a database management system.
• Knowledge of Kafka, a messaging system.
• Knowledge of ADP Services.
• Ability to work with REST API.
• Ability to work with version control systems, such as Git.
• Ability to work with CI/CD Infrastructure
We work in a hybrid model - 3 days from the office and 2 days from home weekly.
