Are you ready to lead cutting-edge FPGA development projects that power Ericsson’s next-generation silicon platforms?
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our PEU Silicon team in Kista, taking full ownership of project execution from planning through delivery in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will drive innovation by managing SoC top-level integration, IP development, and productization while working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
The ideal candidate will possess a good technical background in FPGA design flows and verification, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proven experience managing multiple projects within an Agile framework. What you will do:
• Lead FPGA development projects across SoC top-level integration, IP development, and productization.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and milestones with clear reporting and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on deliverables.
• Estimate and manage project budgets, resources, and tools.
• Drive Agile ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality through peer reviews and structured risk management.
Skills you bring:
• Technical education at a university level (M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics) or similar with demonstrated outstanding leadership skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience in FPGA or SoC development project management.
• Strong understanding of FPGA design flows, tools (e.g., VHDL/Verilog), and verification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
