We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our PEU Silicon team in Kista. This senior FPGA Project Manager role offers a remarkable opportunity to lead cutting-edge, large-scale FPGA programs that are pivotal to shaping the future of Ericsson’s silicon platforms.
As a strategic leader, you will drive cross-functional teams across multiple sites, guiding complex projects from SoC architecture through integration and deployment.
You’ll play a crucial role in aligning stakeholders, optimizing Agile processes, and ensuring flawless product readiness while mentoring the next generation of project managers and engineers.
This position is perfect for someone passionate about innovation and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
• Lead large-scale FPGA programs involving SoC architecture, integration, verification, and deployment.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align on strategy, scope, and execution
• Drive Agile governance, flow optimization, and end-to-end delivery excellence.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and engineers.
• Manage customer engagement, product readiness, and release coordination.
• Advocate for change initiatives and foster continuous improvement throughout the organization
Skills you bring:
• Technical education at a university level (M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics) or similar and well proven outstanding leadership skills
• 7+ years of experience in FPGA or SoC project/program management.
• Strong technical knowledge of FPGA development, system integration, and productization.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-disciplinary, and multi-site projects.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills across senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
