About this opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior/Tech Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cognitive Networks R&D team. You will design, deploy and maintain our cloud-native SaaS infrastructure on AWS, working with global teams on cutting-edge technologies including 5G, AI/ML and automation. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities for our SRE practices.

What you will do:

• Architect and manage multi-tenant SaaS solutions on AWS (EKS, Fargate, SageMaker)

• Implement SRE best practices including observability, IaC (Terraform) and GitOps

• Optimize performance, security and cost efficiency across our cloud environment

• Lead incident response and mentor team members

• Support AI/ML operations and ensure compliance with SOC 2/HIPAA standards

The skills you bring:

• 6+ years software development experience with 3+ years in SRE/AWS

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Python, Terraform and DevOps/MLOps

• AWS certifications preferred (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in global teams

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
