What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership for the GSSC in Manila, ensuring alignment with Ericsson’s Global People Services strategy and business objectives.
- Lead and scale global delivery teams across multiple HR service lines, including Talent & Development, People Analytics, and Organizational Management.
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
- Champion automation, AI integration, and process reengineering to optimize service delivery and reduce operational complexity.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and standardization of processes across all regions and service lines.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with global HR and business leaders to anticipate future needs and proactively evolve service capabilities.
- Foster a high-performance culture through leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and talent mobility.
- Serve as a thought leader and internal consultant on shared services innovation, workforce scalability, and digital enablement.
- Manage a multilocation team include ensuring clear communication, coordinating across time zones, setting, and monitoring performance, motivating, and supporting team members, allocating resources, resolving conflicts, promoting cultural sensitivity, enforcing compliance, facilitating training, and maintaining accountability to achieve aligned, productive, and cohesive global teams.
- As GSSC Manila Location Leader, your responsibilities include leading people/culture, acting as primary liaison for local/global teams. They champion location initiatives, manage resources, ensure compliance, and optimize site performance for employee experience.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global service delivery or shared services with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-functional HR operations. Expertise in Learning & Development, People Analytics, Organization & Position Management, and Digital HR Transformation. Proven track record in managing large-scale teams, supplier relationships, and global service portfolios.

The Head of Global Shared Services Center within Global People Services is a strategic and leadership role responsible for partnering with Global Market Area/Business Area/Group Function People Function Heads and ensures the delivery of scalable, efficient, and globally consistent talent solutions that support business growth and workforce transformation. By leveraging shared services capabilities, the leader will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent, while embedding a high-performance culture aligned with Ericsson’s core values and strategic priorities.
This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of critical functions including Talent & Development Operations, Organization & Position Management, and People Analytics & Reporting, ensuring they are executed with consistency, quality, and efficiency across all MA/BA/GF. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of shared services at Ericsson, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and employee-centricity.
