About this opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic leader to join our Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) as the Head of Talent & Development Operations.
The Head of Talent & Development Operations within the Global Shared Services Center is a strategic and operational leader responsible for partnering with Global MA/BA/GF Heads of Talent & Development to co-create strategies and execute the talent and development agenda. This role ensures the delivery of scalable, efficient, and globally consistent talent solutions that support business growth and workforce transformation. By leveraging shared services capabilities, the leader will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent, while embedding a high-performance culture aligned with Ericsson’s core values and strategic priorities.
What you will do:
- Partner with Group Function People Leaders to design, implement and execute scalable development programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with GFPL Leaders in delivering initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and performance excellence.
- As people manager, lead and inspire teams, fostering talent development, maintaining clear communication, advocating for team needs, and driving goal achievement.
- As operations leader - optimize processes, manage resources, ensure compliance, resolve issues, and drive team performance effectively.
- Responsible to deliver OKRs conduct governance with key stakeholders on agreed frequency.
- Continuous review of processes to map opportunities & Drive Simplification & Automation by leveraging emerging technologies—including Agentic AI—to enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and elevate the employee experience.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the Success Factors, ensuring seamless user experience, content management, reporting, and system integration.
- Identify and implement digital tools that improve accessibility, personalization, and efficiency.
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Champion change-management efforts to embed new ways of working and future-ready capabilities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices in workforce development, AI, and organizational effectiveness

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of global talent management trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data and HR analytics to inform decision-making, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences.
Qualification:
- Education: Master’s degree in human resources management, business management, or related field.
- Experience: 12+ years in HR operations or shared services, with significant experience in leading initiatives related to organizational culture, critical skills, leadership principles, and employee development, learning & development, leadership courses, leadership assessments, performance management, supplier relations including purchases, cost management and recharges.
