Payroll and Benefits Administrator

We are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our great team from Romania. You will ensure that payroll and benefits administration services are delivered for Ericsson Romania employees in compliance with local legislation and Ericsson instructions.
What you will do?
1. Plan and organize payroll calendar in order to ensure payments delivery for employees in compliance with employment contract, local legislation and Ericsson principles
2. Engage, drive and coordinate with relevant functions/roles which need to deliver in payroll process
3. Prepare payroll in-put. calculate various payroll elements and provide input for Payroll Supplier processing
4. Deliver end to end Payroll services for Ericsson Romania (ETR)
5. Ensure answers to employees questions and requests reffering to payroll and benefits (emails, tickets)
6. Provide functional expertise and support Ericsson organization in business decisions
7. Provide project support as well as HR/Payroll delivery and data, such as:
• Input collation
• Input validation
• Payroll processing
• Post payroll reporting
• Post payroll submissions
• Process automations
• Managing/supporting global projects
• Payroll transition
8. To execute the end to end process of Benefits Administration&Management according with Ericsson internal instruction and legal compliance
9. To ensure accurate and in-time all benefits activation/deactivation/suspension for employees and dependents according with their eligibility
10. To ensure weekly/monthly checks on benefits eligibility and perform the required actions for correction/change
11. To prepare the orders for meal vouchers and other benfits services/products
12. Perform internal actions to submit the invoice for payment approval and execution
13. Prepare the required input for the payroll process according with the payroll calendar
14. Prepare, fill-in bank certificates, income certificates, medical certificats and other types of certificates requested by employees
It is manadatory from you to bring:
• Min.2 years of experience in managing payroll for minimum 1000 employees with different payroll elements (shifts, overtime, benefits, allowances, one-time payments, etc.)
• Microsoft Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
• Romanian legislation understanding and its applicability with regards to payroll /salary/benefits /benefit in kind
• C1 level in English- both written and spoken, including technical vocabulary
• Native Romanian level
• Ability to be self-organized in order to meet strict deadlines and deliverables
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Integrity, cooperation and collaboration
As a nice to have:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Business Studies/Accounting/Human Resources or relevant experience within required area
