About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect to manage the technical design of the solution and be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable technical solutions in their respective technical domain based on the customer specifications and business needs. Also, the Solution Architect should manage technical discussions with customers as well as with the rest of the team members

What you will do

• Assist in preparing technical proposals and solution documents.

• Help design solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Identify and list the hardware and software required for each project.

• Support the estimation of technical resources needed for projects.

• Present solutions and project updates to internal Ericsson teams.

• Provide basic technical support and share information with the delivery team.

• Help track and resolve technical issues during project delivery.

• Work with customers and the team to define and clarify project requirements.

• Participate in identifying and assessing project risks.

• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.

• Help create training materials as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Share solution information to help customers build their technical skills.

• Assist with the deployment and rollout of solutions.

• Collect feedback from the field and share it with the Research & Development (R&D) team.

• Contribute to Solution Architect (SA) or other relevant communities within Ericsson.

You will bring

• Experiences: From New grads up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT, Telecom, Electronic Engineering, etc.) or equivalent to actual experiences
• Preferred domain knowledge: Cloud Infrastructure (Kubernetes, OpenStack, KVM, SDS, SDI), Network Design knowledge, Switch(Cisco, Extreme etc.), Servers(Linux etc.).
• Business Korean and English communication skill
• Ability to work with customers based on great communication skill and technology expertise

• Analytical learning and researching skills
• Delivering results & meeting customer expectations

• 경력: 신입 대졸자 혹은 유관 경력 2년 미만 보유하신 분 (통신 장비 분야 경험 우대)
• 학력: 관련 전공 학사 이상 혹은 그에 상응하는 경력 보유자
• 기술 분야: 클라우드 인프라(Kubernetes, OpenStack, KVM, SDS, SDI) Knowledge, MANO Knowledge, Network Design knowledge, 스위치(Cisco, Extreme 등), 서버류(리눅스 등)
• 비즈니스 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 스킬과 전문 기술 지식을 바탕으로 고객과 협업할 수 있는 역량
• 전문 지식과 기술을 적용할 수 있는 역량
• 분석적이고 끊임없이 연구하는 자세
