About this opportunity:

As a leader in our organisation, you will guide development teams responsible for systemizing, designing, implementing, and testing software features for our cutting-edge Ericsson RAN Baseband. This role encompasses working with key future technologies in RAN network performance area, such as MIMO and Beamforming, Spectrum Aggregation and Time Critical Communication as wells as services such as VoNR, Network Slicing etc. Additionally, you'll break new ground by leveraging Machine Learning and AI to enhance our efficiency as well as our products.

· Mentor, challenge, and grow individuals and teams to their full potential.
· Support and drive innovative ideas and improvements, creating an environment encouraging creativity and continuous learning.
· Build and develop a culture of knowledge sharing and learning, ensuring a flow-optimized team environment.
· Work closely with colleagues across different regions, including Sweden and Ottawa, to drive technology and product leadership.
· Drive change management, formulate strategies, and act from a holistic view with the flexibility to tackle vital tasks.
The skills you bring:
· University-level technical education is essential.
· A few years of experience as a team leader or manager in software development, with a proven ability to lead through effective and sustainable solutions.
· Experience in change management, with the ability to formulate strategies and concepts.
· A flexible approach to taking on vital tasks, with a good understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies.
· Experience in real-time embedded or DSP software development is a strong advantage.
· Experience in working with radio baseband or radio protocols is highly beneficial.
· Experience in project management will set you apart.
