A world-class Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery and Deployment (CDD) system, using state-of-the-art technology, is essential for delivering high-quality products to our customers at a high pace.

What you will do:
As a CI/CD Architect, you’ll join a highly skilled team within the Production System unit. This team leads and drives key responsibilities, including:
• Developing the Production System Strategy and sub-strategies.
• Defining and leading the CI/CD flow strategy.
• Aligning production system strategy with other BNEW strategies, such as Test Strategy.
• Designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proposing and influencing product architecture requirements for continuous integration and deployment in operator networks.
• Reducing RAN product development lead time and optimizing workflow through interaction with program managers
• Proposing new CI/CD methodologies and sharing insights within Ericsson’s CI/CD community.
• Driving innovation, such as data-driven development, optimize flow and test efficiency.
• Ensuring that new innovations in CI/CD are patented.
This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders across the different organizations. Much of the work will be focused on early-phase product and production programs.
The skills you bring:
• Strong background in DevOps practices and automation
• Proven track record of implementing CI/CD solutions
• Experience enhancing software development and release processes for efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Ability to drive strategy and results through collaboration
• Experience working with stakeholders to identify and implement production system improvements
• Knowledge of cloud technologies
• Knowledge of ML/ AI is a plus
