We are looking for a person to ensure that Italian Payroll services and relevant HR services are delivered for Ericsson Italy employees in compliance with local legislation and Ericsson instructions.

Responsibilities:

1. Calculate various payroll computations including overtime, hourly, vacation balances, prorated pay, retro pay, shift differentials, pension, insurances, flexible benefits plan, labour accounting, etc.
2. Complete year-end tax and accounting processes and amendments
3. Be responsible for Italian employer tax
4. Execute Payroll and Payroll policies and processes
5. Deliver Payroll and Human Resources services
6. Provide functional expertise
7. Monitor accounting flows and related reconciliations
8. Provide project support as well as Payroll/HR delivery and data, such as:
• Input collation
• Input validation
• SOX compliance
• Payroll processing
• Post payroll reporting
• Post payroll submissions
• Process automations
• Managing/supporting global projects
• Payroll transition
• Employer taxation.

You must bring:

• Min.1 year of experience in payroll processing
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP/PivotTable)

• Presentation and communication skills
• Proactivity, service-oriented mind-set
• Quality, eye on detail, and accuracy focus
• Passion on following procedures and adhering to principles and values
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Self-motivation - ability to work with minimum supervision.

As a nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Business Studies/Accounting/Human Resources or relevant experience within required area.
