About this opportunity
MS Processes Consultant is responsible for Business development for MS Processes (Pre-sales, aftersales, business development, MS Processes & ITIL/ETOM Process framework across MS Business, BU’s, RFP responses etc.)
What you will do
1. Business Development for MS Processes & Compliance Management – Develop portfolio to meet internal Ericsson demands. Through networking, expanding MS Processes Offerings Across MS Business, BU’s, RFP responses etc.)
2. Process Designing, Development, Deployment and Training
3. Study, train and interact continuously with local stakeholders to develop/customize a Process capability that brings high business impact/benefit.
4. Work closely with the internal teams to understand the scope to offer and quote appropriate set of processes and execution model.
5. Deliver consulting services projects, managing risks and time and cost within consultancy assignments
You will bring
• Min 10 years of Exp in ITIL Process Related work customer facing.
• Support and provide guidance & mentorship to Process Specialists.
• Drive knowledge sharing within MS Processes group, SDU’s and different stakeholders in the organization.
• Provide training of process contents, consultancy solutions, Process deployment methodology, audit work etc. outside own organization upon request.
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about solution to enable process development
• Participate in Portfolio and Benefits Governance to manage CR on MS Process Portfolio.
• Assessment of current Ways of working in the operations and delivery, gap Analysis and Recommendation as per the standard process framework, Policies and delivery solution defined.
• Research and evaluates alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the process design.
• Analyze existing system and programming logic to provide more efficient and optimized process solutions, and revises the logic and procedures involved as necessary.
