About this opportunity
We are now looking for Back office L2 RAN Engineer who will handle and operate on a large scale "2G/3G/4G/5G" network by performing all level-2 operation activities plus creating internal knowledge bases sessions for information sharing purposes
What you will do
• Fault management including TT handling and fault localization within SLA
• DT MOP Preparation and CR Implementation
• Configuration activities for new services
• Incident recovery within SLA
• Preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Network configuration audits
• Voice core nodes SW updates and Upgrades
• Acceptance test for newly introduced nodes and services
• 1st level operation engineers’ performance during shift time and share the knowledge and proper guidelines to assure their work quality and process consistency
You will bring
• 5+ years’ experience in RAN network operation & maintenance
• NOC experience is a must
• Advanced understanding of 2G/3G/4G technologies
• Strong knowledge and experience in RAN Network Elements equipment
• Knowledge in 5G RAN technology will be added value
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Wireless RAN Nodes like, BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB, eNodeB
• Implement network changes as per the CR process/ CR review & Weekly Operation plan
• CSR process (CSR raising, log collection,etc.)
• Large node interfaces configuration/expansion (A, Abis, GB, IUCS, IUPS, IUR, ... )
• BSC/RNC/NodeB/eNodeB/BTS software upgrade
• Verify and execute the plan provided by planning team.
