Account Manager – Far EasTone Account Team
At Ericsson, we are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Account Manager to join our Far EasTone Account Team. This is a proactive role that aims to secure profitable business avenues for the company through an in-depth understanding of our customers' businesses, operations, and objectives. This role is critical as you will be the nexus between clients and Ericsson, ensuring both parties achieve success and profitable outcomes. Ericsson’s portfolio spans across 5G, 6G, Cloud and AI technologies and next-generation enterprise solutions, monetization of the advanced networks by driving the digital transformation of industries and consumer applications worldwide.
The FET Account Team is a dedicated group of professionals focused exclusively on serving one of our most strategic customers. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with Far EasTone (FET), profit and loss, technology evolution engagement, commercial growth, and long-term strategic alignment. Our culture is collaborative, hands-on, and result-driven, with a strong emphasis on customer intimacy and technical depth. This role is critical in orchestrating cross-functional execution and engaging with global and regional technical and business stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Establish, manage, and expand customer relationships to secure further business within the strategic Far EasTone account
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and growth areas
- Diligently manage business risk, implementing solutions or strategies when required
- Execute insight selling, using your empathetic nature and understanding to meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts with precision and understanding to ensure profitable agreements
- Lead in commercial management situations, overseeing a wide range of business activities to reach the desired result
- Drive strategic conversations with FET stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customer decision-makers
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across internal teams

- Strong customer engagement and expansion capabilities with IT/Technology/Telecom industry knowledge
- Ability to align technical solutions with business goals and manage complex technology accounts
- Market Analysis and Business Risk Management expertise
- Insight Selling and Contract Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and sales presentation abilities
- Consultative Selling, Stakeholder Engagement, and Storytelling capabilities
