Ericsson is seeking an experienced Communication Specialist to join its team. This important role will join a team of communications professionals and help create, manage and drive communications strategies and activities across the region of SE Asia, Oceania and India. The ideal candidate is experienced and passionate about developing compelling internal and external communications programs and materials for varied audiences to help strengthen brand reputation perceptions across internal and external stakeholders. The role will work in collaboration with colleagues across global and regional Marketing & Communications teams and the broader organization.
Responsibilities & Tasks
• Working with the Head of Communications and business areas to develop, execute and evaluate the integrated communications strategy (external and employee comms and events) for varied projects and audiences across SE Asia, Oceania and India.
• Creating, editing, and distributing engaging content across various platforms, including newsletters, press releases, social media, presentations and the company documents.
• Driving channel and tactic innovation and integration and transformation of our communications ways of working in line with industry best practices.
• Follow-up and manage budgets, performance targets & KPIs.
Qualifications and Competences:
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent training experience
• 7+ years’ experience
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Experience of handling complex content and messaging to varied audiences
• Experience in managing complex issues.
• Create compelling messages and content
• Develop and execute external and internal campaigns
• Managing internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand image.
• Collaborating across geographies and with different business areas to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Provide advice to colleagues and leaders on communications initiatives
